Hi My name is Reina Claire but you can call me “RC”. I am 22 years old. I am raised and born in the Philippines. I took up 2 courses in college, first is Psychology (University of San Carlos, 2013-2015)and second one is Information technology (University of Cebu, 2017-2018). I have 5 siblings and I am the eldest. I have worked experience in Telecommunications company for 4 years in Sykes Asia Inc. Sykes pioneers the call center in Philippines and its the top leading call center here in Cebu. I worked as technical support representative for one year and after all the ups and downs I got promoted as one of the Subject Matter Expert. It was never an easy an job but, through hard work and dedication I was able to overcome it. As  SME, I have to assist agents (Do coaching and real time feedback ),take escalation calls and I have to meet my managers expectations. Sometimes , there were days that I coudn’t meet their expectations but I always try my best to cope up with it .I am very much interested to work abroad specially working in your prestigous and growing company. I am a person who have the ability to work well under pressure. Attendance has never been an issue to me. I am dedicated and always love what I am doing. I believe all the qualities that I have makes me fit to the position  that you are looking for.
