I’m Mercy Joy Villanueva, 27 years of age. I graduated from the University of San Agustin last March 30, 2012 finished in Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.

I have a go-ready attitude towards working. I am also quite determined and persevered on my work.  As a Mass Communication I am well trained in Customer service.  I easily get along with people with different personalities. I have worked  and exposed myself in the information desk, Clerical and administrative. I am aiming for a great career growth and I found it in pldt. I was an HR Coordinator for 1 month under different recruitment  agency. we handled a 5 days job caravan. I was assigned to collect and check the 201 files and other requirements of the new hires. I am determined to apply for a direct work.
