Job Summary:
• Responsible for assuring the proper handling and investigation of all customer complaints/feedback relating GSM and Mobile Data reported problems by ensuring that all phases of support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked and
resolved according to established service level standards thru various operations and direction of activities, reviews and evaluation of work achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages and monitors the procedures on receiving, handling, investigating, and resolving GSM and Mobile Data related issues and ensuring that service level standards are met.
• Applies diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and correlation of fault to existing network
conditions in view of customer satisfaction and customer experience;
Analyzes report data and recommend improvement on reported faults/repeated faults.
• Works with various support teams in establishing and reviewing escalation procedures for new products and services relating to GSM and Mobile Data Services such as level 2 – IN for further investigation of the complaint.
• Communicates within team members and management on factors affecting quality and/or service levels and recommend improvements.
• Skilled in using different tools of Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson and Astellia.
Trained in using OCS, HLR and SDM to properly check the profile and subscription of subscriber to proper isolate the reported problems and hand them over to designated support teams.
