 Responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the reception function and/or service section such as quick service, under chassis, electrical, lubrication, wheel alignment, overhauling and warranty.

 Sees to it that all customers are attended equally and promptly with outmost courtesy.
 Responsible for the preparation of job order, completeness and clarity with the customer acceptance.

 Determine work involved and estimates cost of labor, materials and parts.
 Verify parts cost and availability.
 Advise customer of the estimated amount and total cost of repair.
 Responsible for the discipline and safety of people under service shop.
 Maintains good housekeeping at all times.
 Determine whether the insurance company is accredited or not.
 Keep track record of estimates for insurance purposes.
 Monitor all incoming/outgoing jobs and inquiries related to service and if necessary utilizes warranty booklet as referral for a more effective reception.
 Determine appropriate charges.
 Forward job order to job controller for necessary repair.
 Assist customer in the release of their unit upon completion of repair and explain all inquiries about the charges.
 Handles customer complaints.
