Foremost Farms, Inc. is engaged in pork production with almost 9,500 sow level. I am actually appointed to take charge of the over-all management of a farm unit with 1000 sow level, which includes maintenance of good pig health, supervision of farm personnel, checking and monitoring of the automatic feeding system, and verification of the significant section reports. One Farm unit is always manually labor by one Supervisor of Breeding and Farrowing, and one for Nursery to Fattening Section.
