As of the moment I only got 3 experiences in BPO industry this are the recent one. And the other jobs that I have it was over 10 years ago in a fast food chain as a service crew in Wendy’s 2005 and in Ministop 2005 to 2006. I’m so eager to work in other country. I’m not so fluent and not really good in english but I can understand way more. As a single mom I need to earn more than I can get right now. And honestly speaking I’m still working as call center agent in a small company, and it’s a financial institution though i’m under graduate of college.

June 2017/November 2017 Technical Support Represetative at Alorica Philippines: This is my second account with the same company. and my second job as a call center agent , but got a finished contract on November 2017.
April 2017/May 2017 Customer Representative at Alorica Philippines: This is a seasonal account after I finished my contract, I got reprofile on the other account and the company still the same.
January 2018 Customer Service Representative at Inspiro Relia Corp: This is a financial institution account and honestly speaking I’m currently working still in the Company and this is my second BPO company.
