Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Interpret project specification and drawings (P & ID, Isometric & General Arrangement).
2. Prepares daily accomplishment report.
3. Responsible for revisions, report for fabricated spool and discrepancies.
4. Dimensions and install all kinds of pipe support standard.
5. Making templates for Dummy, Saddle, Milters and layouts.
6. Handle in fabrication area assembly and fabricate 24” jacketed pipes.
7. Fabrication and installation of pipe spool, cutting, grinding and beveling and fit up.
8. Hauling of fabricated pipe spool from fabrication shop to field for tie in included etc.
9. Communicate to supervisor our schedule and attending safety meeting once a week.
10. Maintain cleanliness in our spool from fabrication safety rules and regulations.
