ü Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements
ü Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes
ü Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations

ü Ensures demand for the supported account follows global standard policy and process
ü Accountable on tracking demands/requisition IDs for the accounts being supported
ü Extract, consolidate and prepare weekly demands, requisitions, resource allocations of team reports
ü Generates monthly headcount, efficiency and attrition reports
ü Assess monthly Technical Performance Review for selected employees
ü Contributes and part of the growing team of Enterprise Application Operations Resource and Quality management, Workforce Development and Employee engagement
ü Create Dashboard and uses of Macro in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
ü In charge of end to end hiring process
ü Schedules candidates for interview for people management and operations team
ü Process purchase requests and orders
ü Meeting organizer, company/team events, visits and offsite planner
ü Contributes and part of Resource management and Employee engagement
ü Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
ü Ensures that meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities that are being coursed through to Admin are well organized and well-coordinated
ü Manages files ensuring that they are easily accessed and retrieved
