Started my carreer as a Training Specialist in 2010 since then i have been passionate with what I do best, Training. I have handled classes for product specific training mostly for Telecommunication accounts. Responsible for facilitating Foundation Training focusing on Basic Communication Skill which includes grammar/soft skills and account overview. I had came up with few proposals that were materialized during the whole duration of my career, these proposals were mainly focusing on the improvement of the current training processes to help improve agents overall performance for attainable metrics. Integrating my artistic skills helped me to create/modify training materials on power point presentations. Another great experience added in my career is when I was sent to Las Vegas USA to handle classes for a complex overall customer service and retention program for a Telecommunication Company. Client Certified for stages 1, 2 and 3 for SBL approach/technique for adult learning.
