Job Description as Building Admin Assistant
Assist/oversee in monitoring the cleanliness and orderliness in all PTC Offices.
Coordinates with service contractors for quotations and repairs schedule of defective equipment
Informs Building Administrator/Bldg. Technician regarding repairs to be done on any electrical and telephone problems.
Receive inquiries and complaints from department heads and employees
Relay messages to Bldg. Administrator and technicians when not in office.
Receive various maintenance and prepare Work Order.
Call BA maintenance for Work Order.
Receives and records all incoming and outgoing documents.
Coordinates meeting with Concierge, CEO and President’s Office for upcoming events and Principal’s visits.
Process Purchase Receipt, repair and pull-out request for any department’s transactions.
Prepare Disbursement Voucher for monthly bills such as electricity, water, elevator maintenance & construction of the building.
Send out all documents to accounting, purchasing, audit etc.
Attend and supervise janitorial daily and weekend tasks.
Approve and monitor janitor’s timesheet for approval of Building Administrator.
Encode and monitors janitorial monthly purchase and daily consumption of supplies
