Hi my name’s Niña Rea Columna I was graduated of Office Management at Atec Technological College in Philippines.

Office Management is a profession involving the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the process of work within an office or other organization, in order to sustain and improve efficiency and productivity.

After I graduate I’ve work as a Customer service representative in Iqor for like 1yr and 6 months. I can handle irate customers since the job taught me how can I handle this stuff. Working in BPO is such a great experience to me cause I’ve learned alot on this field such as professionalism, being friendly and patience. I decided to left my job cause I want to explore things. Now I want to work on my field which is applying my profession.
