Job Description
1. Sell advertisement to potential advertisers in accordance with the policies, rules, and regulations of DPC.
2. Achieve the target sales set by DPC.
3. Attend to the needs of the advertisers and/or communicate the said needs with the appropriate personnel of DPC.
4. Plan an effective media placement of client’s advertisements.
5. Design creative proposals, present it to the client, and close a deal.
Manages the Social Media sites of the Company Brands:
• Plan the social media contents every week.
• Layout and Design the contents varying for each social media sites of each brands.
• Conceptualize the copies for all posts and makes sure that the tone to be used for the different social media accounts are met.
• Make sure that the contents are scheduled properly for posting to meet right engagement to the target market.
• Engage to the market by making sure that they are replied or answered.
• Engage to the market by leveraging to the contents provided from bloggers, celebrities, and regular customers.
• Conceptualize marketing campaign for the new products being launched in social media.
Manages the Websites of the Company:
• Research on the company’s product stocks and make sure that the products are published in the website.
• Publish the products online along with its complete details which the target market might warrant on the website.
• Design the pages and contents to be published on the website.
Markets the Brands through Below-the-Line Advertising Activities:
• Review and approve the sponsorship of the brand to partners.
• Make sure that the media mileage for the brands are met.
• Assist and Spearhead events such as Media Camp, Joining of Expos, and Facebook Live.
• Reach out to known bloggers to make PR articles and posts about the brand and product.
• Reach out to Chefs and related organization to ask for contents for the brand and product.
Manages Merchandising Efforts:
• Designs and layouts merchandising materials, such as infographics, standees, and display strategies, to help boost the sales in the stores.
Marketing Research & Strategy
– Conduct a marketing research in developing an Integrated Marketing Communications
– Conduct Market Check and Competitors for the brand
– Identify the target market of each brand.
– Monitor the promotional efforts of competitors.
Social Media Management
– Conceptualize weekly content posts for Masflex, Cascade, and other brands for posting
– Creation of Digital Artworks for social media posting
– Replying in comments and questions from page followers

– Planning and managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
– Event Documentation and Reporting
– Document the events to be covered with Photos and Videos.
– Create Report and Narrative of the event.
– Post the photos on social media and website along with the feature copy of the event.
– Make a summarized video of the event covered for social media and website posting.
Marketing Sponsorship and Partnership Building
– Establish good relationship with partners specifically food companies for strong brand tie-ups.
– Work with the company’s external contacts or supplier such as media, online media management, advertising and PR companies to ensure that campaigns are completed in a timely manner and that they are being carried out based on the contract.
Customer Service Management
– Make a prompt reply to all customer queries, comments, and complaints sent through the brand social media accounts, email address and text messages.
– Evaluate all customer complaints and send a report to the supplier of the affected products.
