v         Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Representing and acting as point of contact between management, client and vendors / subcontractors, on site and quality related issues. Follow up and monitor contractor’s compliance with project contract requirements, agreement, standard requirements, etc.

·         Preparing the Projects Quality Plan and assuring its understanding and effective implementation, monitoring and maintaining throughout construction process.

·         Assuring   that   all   products   furnished   to   engineering   controls,   inspection performance testing, quality auditing, and customer complaints complied with the project requirements.

·         Perform specialize in Site, QA/QC techniques on critical situation and processes.

·         Preparing of all necessary documents and required attachments for the inspection and testing activity.

·         Reviewing the Civil / Mechanical/Electrical works check list including the as built drawing and related quality control requirements.

·         Performs the initial work inspection in order to make sure that the completed activity complies with the specification and approved documents such as drawing, submittal, etc.

·         Coordinate inspections with Consultant / Client.

·         Ensuring that construction, installation, and operational testing complies with the approved specification and client particular requirements.

·         Supporting and promoting all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company.

·         Proactively supervise the closure of NCRs, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.

·         Liaise with the construction execution team management resolving problems quickly and efficiently.

·         Reviewing material submittal and its compliance statement before forwarding to consultant’s approval.

·         Conducting the factory visit for testing of different equipment and initial inspection of major materials / equipments before dispatching to site

·         Preparing method statement (MS) and developing quality control procedures (QCP), inspection and testing plans (ITP) and quality formats for work packages / Systems for approval.

·         Ensure that submittals meet the contract and project requirements as required and in a

Appropriate approach.

·         Handling assessment documentation of preventive and corrective actions, verifying of implementation, close-out corrective / preventive actions and reply for issued site notes.

·         Responsible for attending reply to issued Non Compliance Report  (NCR) and monitoring of NCR Log Registry

·         Conducting Internal Audits to all approved sub-contractors to make sure that they adhere to client / consultant specification.

·         Responsible of monitoring the condition of site storage and make sure that all tools, materials are in safe condition and properly arranged.

·         Strict monitoring to all approved engineers from sub-contractors including  the testing and commissioning activity.
