I have been privileged enough to work throughout a wide range of industries, from Customer Service Representative, travel agency, travel tax collector, Sales and Marketing Agent. After I graduated with my college degree, I immediately started working as a customer service representative to enhance my communication skill in English and it really help me a lot since I’ve been talking with many foreigners. Not only my English fluency got better but also my patience in handling irate costumers. After my first job I tried marketing /sales to enhance my persuasive skill whether it’s face to face or not and I even got better in public speaking since I presented with a lot of companies.
