Main Engine & Generators
Different model types of Main Engine Piston overhauled just like Man B&W,
STX, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Sulzer.
Different model types of Main Diesel Generator Engine general piston overhauled
just like Man B&W, STX, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Bergensen.
Take performance every month to maintain good efficiency of the engine.
Always check tappet clearance of the engine according to firing order.
Always check crank web deflection of the engine according to firing order.
Always overhauled and cleaned fuel injection valve in every 250 hours.
Always overhauled fuel injection pump & checked plunger and barrel in every 5 or 6 months.
Always check the safety operation of the engine such as emergency stop/ overspeed test.
Maintain Lube oil analysis for main engine & diesel generator in every week ends;
TBN Test or Total Base Number, Water Content in percent

Auxiliary Machineries
Maintenance of Aux. Boiler to maintain chemical dossing daily or depends on result
of taken performance water treatment analysis.
Maintenance of Fresh water Generator cleaning and dossing evaptreat chemicals.
