Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to read the engineering drawing, before to start the operation. Make sure the measurement are correct before to input in program data. As of CNC programmer Milling, I make in the Door like; Door Lock, Hinges, Tower bolt, Door Closer/Concelled. And for the Frame, I make Strike Plate for Lock, and hinges. As of NC programmer Spindle machine, I make groove, rebate, edge rounding, 45° cutting, and design in wood or what indicate in the drawing. Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.
Maintain and clean machines before and after shift.
Feed information asking to speed, shapes and sizes through the machine set up box.
Calibrate machines at the beginning of shift.
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
Perform safety checks on every machine.
Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 I work in company that produces the Garbage Truck, Water Spray tank, Dumper Truck, Vacuum Tank, Water tank Trailer, Crane with Lifting Basket, Vacuum tank with dumper, Crane with Cargo body, Lifting Basket, Tow Sweeper, Sand Eater, Road Sweeper, Hurricane, Wrecker Winch Crane, Load Luger. Trailer Body.
 As Quality control, I handle three department, First is Incoming raw materials IQC, I conduct checking for every materials that will be using in production, coming from supplier. I make too sure that every materials has correct measurement in every dimension and good quality, I used measuring tape to measure big and long item, and caliper and micrometer to measure diameter and thickness for small item. I also double check Purchase Request (PR) versus Purchase Order (PO), to make sure that the order of our company is the same with the item delivered by supplier. If the documents are not tally, I made corresponding report, Non Confirmative Report (NCR) that indicates to not accept the delivery.
 Secondly, I also handle checking of quality in process, I make sure to check the correct measurement of finish good items in assembly versus drawing coming from engineering department. I visit every machine to check the quality of every output of machine that it has correct measurement versus AutoCAD drawing. If there is any discrepancy I should inform operator for the error that I have check. I will also make (NCR) report for the discrepancy or error that I have encountered to inform my superior with corresponding reference documents.
 As Qc staff, I should provide daily activity report to my superior and monthly, semi-annual, annual report to my manager to inform them for any improvements or problem I encountered in controlling in our company.
