As a manager i always make sure that we are prepared from the food if have enough stocks and the quality of that we serve,our equipmentif they are in good condition to avoid cancellation and delaying of food,cleanliness and good ambiance for the costumerand lastly my staff if they are to served the costumer..
I will train my staff on how to communicate with the costumer,as a waiter they should know on how to communicate to them and at the same time they will learnd on how to deal with the costumers like offering new dishes,high value product,suggestive selling,promos or freebies…base on that i think it helps our sales to improved and make it high..
Training on how to give a good and exellent service and how to handle costumers
Because for me our dining staff should have a good communication skills..
Staff should know how to communicate to our costumer,they should build friendship to our costumers, so the costumers should feel that they are comfortable to us, to our restaurant for us to win them back…
And if they build a friendship to them thats the time to make a deal to our costumers, like they can now offer any dishes that we have,like high value product or slow moving product, any thing they can offer now cause we build a good relationship to our costumers…
if we dont have a good relationship to our costumers any thing that you want to offer to them they will just ignore it.. Because the objective of our restaurant is to make the customers to come back and enjoy not only the foods we offer also the good ambience,service and friendship to our people (staff and crew)..
