Job Description:
• Provides technical assistance in the formulation and review of:
1. Project Proposal
2. Program of Works
3. Detailed Engineering Design including drawing plans, technical specification
4. Detailed cost estimates and include revisions for economy and efficiency of the design
5. S-Curve/Bar Chart/Implementation Schedule
• Assists in the preparation of the Work Financial Plan and Works Breakdown
• Supervises and provides technical assistance (mentoring, coaching) to the assigned areas.
• Attends monthly coordination meetings to ensure that project updates are discussed and issues are resolved.
• Prepares schedule of visit to the LGus and ensures coordination and supervisory support to the visit of the project sites
• Assess and evaluate project status and provides interventions as necessary and/or appropriate actions per projects standards
• Conducts Regular project site visit in assigned area
• Supports the activities of the technical team Regional and Provincial Office
• In coordination with the Central Office, monitors the project progress making sure the targets are met
