Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge for machinery installations on-board ships & outfitting inspections.
Responsible for Inspection and test plan; control of drawings, check sheet etc.
Responsible for line quality control in preparation for final inspection of pipe hydraulic test and welding.
Responsible for quality education to lead man’s and local workers.
Monitoring lead man’s to ensure the correct implementation of construction activities in compliance with standards/requirements and safety.
Report to my superior in designation of works in every section (Marking, Fitting, Welding, Grinding, and Heating).
Coordinate to every section(Hull, Painting, Piping, Engine part) in monitoring of repair
Implementing of standards for pipe welding and outfitting inspection under ISO 9001:2008.
Performing inspections with owner and class surveyor like hydro testing and welding of pipes at pipe shop production.
Update of daily manpower and progress status.
Monitoring of non-conformity report (NCR) issued by Owner / Class surveyor.
Making of on-board test procedures for machinery Safety alarm test e.g. Engine Room Crane Safety load test, Sewage treatment plant, Oily water Separators, Main air compressor, Composite & Auxiliary Boilers, HFO, D.O Purifier Safety and function test as per Maker drawings.
Conducting inspections of machinery shaft alignment with GAP and SAG measurements together with Main engine deflection, jack-up and installation.
In charge for machinery installations and piping installations.
Coordinate with head foreman Machinery and piping for revisions and installation on-board.
