Hi, My name is Catherine Cunanan 25 years of age currently residing at Philippines. I have a 3 years and a month of Customer Service experience for roughly around 3 years, was able to handle sprint which is a telcommunication in USA, after that got transferred to a satellite radio which is SiriusXM and I was able to handle collections for SiriusXM unfortunately Walmart is in need of CSR that time so being a flexible employee and company requires as well, I was transferred to Walmart and was able to be a Supervisor. But things happen the least you expected that to be, needed to resigned with Walmart for personal matters, after a month I applied again as a CSR luckily I was hired as a loan originator by an inhouse financial company here in the philippines but we cater American customers. I was able to socialized with different kind of people and knowing that US has a diverse culture, I was able to connect with them without any issues. The skills that I have and the heart with helping out others I think that would be my advantage among any other employees who wanted to have this position. Looking forward to work with you all!
