Duties and Responsibilities
· Collects school fees and other income or donations and deposits to the Bank authorized by the Board of Trustees;
· Withdraws the needed money to fulfill the financial obligations of the Institute with proper documents;
· Follows up students with unpaid bills;
· Disburses money with properly accomplished requisition and signed by the President, Dean or Finance Officer;
· Monitors the release of common supplies;
· Checks Attendance Records of the professors, personnel and staff for proper payroll preparation by the Finance Officer;
· Releases the money for the scholars’ allowance, and board and lodging, based on the budget approved by the President, with proper documentation;
· Does transactions with SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig and Phil Health;
· Maintains accounting documents and records;
· Responsible for ensuring a safe and systematic financial transaction of
the Institute.
