JOB DESCRIPTION:

I work as a multi-task employee, in which I work as a Production Supervisor, Head Machine Operator (blow-mold) and at the same time Maintenance Engineer.

As a Production Supervisor, my goal is to give the satisfaction that our customers expect from our products. And I assure the quality is at 100% good products and quantity will reach our client’s expected schedules. And lastly, there is no room for error.

As a Head Machine Operator, operation control and raw materials consumption is my responsibility as a head machine operator. I’m the one who starts up our machines, material mixing percentage (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, Masterbatch) and machine final setting. After starting up our machines, orders and final machine settings are forwarded to our machine operators.

As a Maintenance Engineer, I assure that our machine is in good condition. I repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Extruder machine (blow mold) die replacement and cleaning from smallest to biggest depends with our orders. Extruder machine (blow mold) gear box and screw chamber overhauling. Recycle machine overhauling. Control panel troubleshooting and repair. Sealers repair and recondition. For me there is no room for error.
