Inventory Manager  May 2012 – Dec 2018

Operations Manager for 13 satellite locations with over J$1.1 billion portfolio. Coordinated the receipt and dispatch of all inventory, non/inventory materials and services provided. Oversee business development and performance.

·         Successfully aligned the Corporate Stores with Project Implementation to ensure material availability for capital projects.

·         Implemented tracking system for high-volume items which resulted in reduction of stock-out occurrences by 50%.

Developed and implemented projects: costing, timelines, workforce/resource management, and procured material for routine maintenance. Directed major turnaround projects in all departments of the Alumina refinery.
