• Review transactions. (Reconciling bank transaction with entries posted in Oracle; Ensuring that transactions are recorded in a timely manner) • Review, investigate and communicate discrepancy (Analyze transactions and communicate any findings to different responsible parties: Accounts Payable Team; Accounts Receivable; Client Accounting; Treasury Operations Team and Payroll Team. • Prepare journal and adjusting entries (P/L and BS) • Prepare cash aging report and prepare action plans in resolving outstanding item. • Develop process improvement thru communication and collaboration with different department.. • Review the reconciliation report for all cash GL and sign off. • Prepare Flux Analysis Report for Interest Income and Bank Charges.

(Obtain necessary information; create template for book adjustment: reclass of entry, reverse of duplicate entries, record of under/over applied entry) • Prepare cash aging report with graph analysis and prepare action plans in resolving outstanding item. • Develop process improvement thru communication and collaboration with different department. • Review bank accounts and monitors any inactive accounts and/ or closed accounts. • Review the reconciliation report for all cash GL and sign off. • Review performance of the team and uphold the productivity with continuous training and coaching to each individual member.
