Career History:
1) MEP and HVAC Design and build solutions, from January 2013 up to present – for UAE and Saudi countries in position of Business development director for MEP works including the HVAC and environmental solutions, supply and installation.
Focus in Environmental green building, HVAC & MEP products, applications and solutions, implement “the design and build approach” in order to enhance the competitiveness and returns.
Achievements:
A) Participating in the Oman Energy conference as speaker, April 2019 introducing my research of “the most optimum air conditioning applications in very dry area”.
B) Attending the global training of ASHRAE, “the district cooling design for the owners”, April 2019 in Dubai.
C) Participating with Climate Control magazine, in conducting the VRF conference in Riyadh 2018
D) Introducing and Sales control, automation systems and valves, of different international suppliers to different project in Saudi Arabia.
E) Introducing and sales of Adiabatic HVAC solutions, and execute and supply many different projects in central region, Madina and Makkah of Saudi Arabia.
F) In 2016 Supply and installation of municipality solid waste sorting and recycling systems, it is handed over on December 2016, it is over 4 million USD project, including the required study of Bio gas (generating power from waste), the PET recycling, and Pyroleses oil generating from the waste tires.
G) Proposing the required studies and technical solutions of the rehabilitation of the composting and Bio gas plant from organic municipality waste through the Royal commission authority of Yanbu (over 60 M. SR. value).
H) Participating in 2015 in Arab MEP conference and represent HVAC research in Bahrain MEP conference March 2016.
I) Participating in Saudi MEP conference and represent my HVAC research in the MEP Saudi conference in November 2015.
J) Collaboration with Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Belarusian and Korean companies to have wastage energy power plant in GCC. Region, and to introduce the solution with municipalities and concern authorities in Saudi Arabia.

L) MEP and HVAC Director position with Swedish KPS turnkey contractor, leading the HVAC & MEP works in the TASNEE head office, AWAL NET and KAUST office projects in Riyadh city.
M) From 2013 to 2015 involved in the activities of sport stadiums air conditioning, opened and covered types, with using the under floor cooling, and participating in the Rehau introductions for the comprehensive cooling for sport stadiums in Saudi Arabia through the ministry of youth and sport.

Responsibilities: to direct the company in general sales, marketing, development, and in engineering, enhancing the quality and total achievement of sales. Total company business was 10 Millions USD – Saudi Arabia.
Achievements: direct the company toward the systematic organization mind, doing the required partnership agreements with Midea child water system, with Euromec (Italy) for water treatment and desalination plants, with Zuim (France) in high fashion design and buildings facades, shifting the company to be more specialized in unique air conditioning system like VRF & chilled water system solutions (District cooling solutions) through the good relation with all suppliers, leading the mega size projects sales approaches in green mind in Makkah & Riyadh cities, doing the required network of communication with key properties & projects.
3) Murray & Roberts – Dubai Air port projects Terminal 3: from January 2005 to end of 2007…… 3 Years
Senior MEP construction superintendent for Concourse 2, Car Park & Terminal 3, in Dubai with Murray & Roberts Middle East Contracting Company, and Project value was exceeding the 7 Billion USD.
Responsibility: Handling all HVAC works including York chillers, related pumps, pipes networking, AHUs and FCUs, and coordinating the works of SMITH for X ray machines, Honeywell for security system, THYSSEN CROP for elevators, escalators and revelators, and SAS (special airport system) my team was consisting of more than 500 persons including team leaders, supervisors and technicians and labors, as of this construction work is including most of electro mechanical activities, low current, special Air Port System, power supply stations, fire fighting & fire alarm, Technical & electrical rooms, elevators & escalators, and plumping.
4) LG Air Conditioning –: Dubai – with Fortune from January 2002 to 2004 ….. 2 years (Sales, Marketing, Project management and D & B experience)
In Executive manager position – with LG CAC Agencies , Fortune International – Dubai for LG air conditioners – central air conditioners including chilled water system, sales and marketing.
Responsibilities: Approaching the key clients for mega projects, first introduction in mega projects for LG chillers, Establishing the dealers’ network in Dubai & Northern emirates for LG CAC, achieving the needed product’s approval with consultants & authorities in UAE, conducting the required technical seminars in Dubai & Sharjah, conducting the required internal weekly sales meetings, conducting the required technical & commercial introductions to Palm, Emaar , Public works and key clients as well.
Achievements: achieving the required project sales, 7 Millions USD annually as booking sales and over 30 Millions USD in Mega projects sales (Springs and Emirates Hills), creating good loyal sales networks, getting the required technical product approvals from key consultants and making good links with engineering authorities like ASHRAE, and presenting & Proposing LS chillers in Cultural center in ABU DHABI & Burj Khalifa in Dubai 2005.

5) Trane Air Conditionings : in Dubai – department manager position from 1997 to 2002. 6 Years (Sales, Marketing, Project management and D & B experience)

Responsibilities: Leading the department sales and marketing activities for 4 air conditioning brands including Trane & Daikin, communicating with 3 sales teams, air conditioning, building materials & air conditioning accessories, assigned sales target is 25 Million USD through 4 branches, Dubai, Sharjah, Al ain & Abu Dhabi.
Achievements: Conducting the first introduction for Trane product to Palm Jumairah project, achieving the sales of Palm Jumairah project (The order value of supply approximately 17 M. USD).

Achievements: achieving the best sales and collection for the summer of 1999.
Coordinating with ABV rock (Swedish Company) in Saudi Arabia for ministry of defense building in Riyadh for TRANE package units’ installation (30 machines, capacity above 20TR.), shop drawings, selection, standard of installation, load calculation, installation challenges (1998) and etc…
