Defines and achieves Store Sales Targets. Create a sales and marketing orientation among the store team by leading them in defining customer needs and sales opportunities.
Defines the Store’s Sales building strategies. Defines and finalizes the store’s Sales plan and its implementation.
Regularly reviews Sales Performance and continuously seeks ways to improve sales level/sales growth.
FSC TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
Works with ARM to ensure that all store operations processes to support FSC needs are integrated and effectively implemented by assigned managers.
People Management and Development
Leads team in:
Effective implementation of store sales building activities.
Defining customer and FSC needs.
Defining customer survey, FSC, and QSR targets.
