EXPERIENCE:
SNR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT: EMIRATES AIRLINE (CREW TRAINING FACILITIES) UAE DUBAI from 12th Apr 2013 to Date.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide comprehensive support to Flight Training Facilities Management and Engineering personnel in order to maintain the quality of the devices and training provided. Role holder will be assigned to support either the Cabin Service training equipment or the Safety and Emergency Procedures training equipment. Will support the safe operation of the training equipment by crews, and support engineers in preparation of the devices for training. To provide assistance in maintaining basic fixtures and fittings Job requires substantial practical knowledge and training gained within an engineering environment. Will work within existing procedures providing help and assistance to Flight Training Facilities Engineering team as required
Carry out daily Fly outs & readiness of Emergency Evacuation Trainer, CRC, Real Fire Fighting Trainer and the Door trainers in the morning within the specific time. Weekly PMTs have to be done with in the allotted week. Safety & security of all the training devices have to maintain at all times.
Always be ready to ensure safe operation of the devices during the training sessions and react promptly & efficiently in the event of an emergency.
Communicate effectively with internal / external customers in taking the device / training feedback and the same should be incorporated in Training Logs. The received information should be escalated, if required, to the concern team effectively. Such Logs should be properly filed.
Ensure safe environment & practices prevails within the training facilities and especially during their respective sessions. Keep yourself well versed with the latest First Aid information and ensure valid qualification and carry at all time.
All minor snags related to CRC, EET, and RFFT & Door Training facilities should be attended to within one day. Socs have to be raised for all such defects with proper update / follow up, whilst keeping SIM Engineers & Technicians informed.
Maintain & Update statistics/database on training logs / snags (raised vs cleared) / follow up socs PMT follows up etc. The database should able to generate constructive reports for assessment and decision making.

[B771F] Defect #85370 – Upper bearing pump flexible coupling inspection port guard (clear plastic cover) is broken and needs to be replaced
[A380 EET] Defect #70213 – Strips missing between the panels UD Aft LHS & RHS window panels.
[RFFT] Defect #85737 – Air filter is clogged BOGE S-8 compressor in the RFFT….

MAINT TECHNICIAN: EMIRATES GROUP (TECH SVCS CREW Baggage Handling System) UAE DUBAI AIRPORT from 13th Jan 2009 to 12th Apr 2013.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To carry out, as part of a team, as directed by the Senior Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Supervisor, all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair on all equipment CBHS maintained by Technical Services to ensure functional reliability to meet the 24 hour requirements of the operations. Performs repairs, maintenance and parts replacement to the Port’s automated baggage handling system and associated systems. Including, but not limited to:
Perform preventative, corrective, breakdown maintenance.
Monitor system performance.
Trouble shoots problems.
Replace worn parts.
Evaluate system condition and make reports.
Perform emergency repairs.
Tracking and replacing baggage belts.
Support operational contingency plans as required.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Maintain tools and instruments.
Work in a safe manner following all safety protocols and requirements.
Maintain the Baggage Handling System (BHS) to 99.5% availability with a 5 minute response time.
Maintain security and limited access to BHS and screening equipment.
Operational reliability & safety, to help plan for corrective maintenance and to prevent accidents in the work area.
Continuously suggest and implement modifications on the equipment/vehicles to reduce maintenance costs and improve performance & safety of the same.
Ensure that standard safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities to prevent any personal injury or equipment damage.
Ensure that all work-related activities carried out during the shift are recorded in the log book/work order to help planning staff log the details of work done in the Maintenance Management System.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under strict supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of cementing service equipment on work locations to include spotting of cement storage vessels, pre-mixing of spacer fluids, rigging-up appropriate data monitoring equipment.
Learns basic oil well operations including but not limited to: pipe capacities and volume/height math, plug landing pressures, absolute volumes (including total water requirements for job), hydrostatic and differential pressure, resulting forces, balanced plugs, bulk cement blending calculations to include liquid additives and weighted spacers, pressure to reverse, and determining burst and collapse.
Assists in the operation of some or all of the following: cement pumping and mixed equipment, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automatic Density Control (ADC) systems, bulk cement blending, delivery, and storage systems, man folding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and associated paperwork/reports.
Understands hazardous materials, job, wash up and discharge procedures. Verifies correct line up of valves on build system and surface manifold equipment.
