• Responsible in maintaining IT infrastructure of the PH Country Office, 8 service centers and 30 plus service points all over the country. All locations connected via domestic MPLS and through regional private network.

Coca-Cola Bottlers Business Services is the shared services group of the Bottling Investment Group, part of the Coca-Cola Company. Providing services to Coca-Cola Bottlers worldwide. As an IT Group Infrastructure Manager, I managed seven support staff including three senior supervisors and four IT support specialists. The group is currently supporting 200 plus end-users and the company’s entire business operations which includes the following:
• Cloud infrastructure under global system provider, Rackspace, Virtustream and Dimension Data. Network infrastructure and communication/PABX system comprising of 600 plus nodes and 40 plus network switches, wireless access points and routers.
• Microsoft and VMware Server infrastructure which consists of over 20 Microsoft Windows 2008 R2/2012 servers with Microsoft IIS, SQL and SharePoint components.
• Two sets of Winshuttle infrastructure (Studio, Workflow and Foundation) to support 4 countries for Master Data Maintenance.
• 200 plus desktops and laptops with Microsoft Windows desktop operating system and applications. IP Telephony with over 200 plus Nortel Networks IP phones.
• Providing efficiency and effectiveness in delivering IT services and identifying cost efficient solutions to business requirements.

• Administers the company’s major application software, Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial system and labor and recruitment program, Axiom.
• Administer the entire IT infrastructure of the company. Serves as the first line of support for all network connectivity between branches in Australia. Continuously providing enhancement and making sure 99% uptime of network in the Philippines.
