1. Payroll System 100% automation of payroll and timekeeping with no downtime. Transfer of process via parallel testing until accuracy has been secured.

3. Oracle Taleo Recruit and Learn Project Acted as project manager to drive the launch of 2 new systems under the Recruitment and Training area.

· Certified Customer Service Trainer. Facilitated for in house trainings to enhance customer interaction satisfaction.
· Establish a new group called Sustaining Engineering (SE) and hired the 11 headcounts within the targeted deadline
