• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
• Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
• Verify/adjust billing for guests. Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room.
• To build business through recognizing prospects and selling to them and to maintain relationships with the
existing as well as new clients.
• Is expected to be in the field 99% of the time to improve or secure the most competitive business deals.
• Must be able to maximize or develop potential business opportunities.
• Development of new approaches to better reach target audiences through direct marketing efforts.

• Monitors all the activities of all the hotels and resorts that fall within key Metropolitan areas of Manila and
provinces based on territorial assignments.

Responsible in registering guests and assigning rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Also processing guest check-outs and answering telephone inquiry calls
• Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations. And coordinates room status updates with the
housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
• Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
