QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to supervise in relevant works in construction site implementations, rendering high moral to control different crafts and to comply the system that are being imposed by laws of the system international standards methods. Construction Surveying, Computer literate and operation of the latest Surveying instrument (TOTAL STATION) like, NIKON, TOPCON, LEICA, TRIMBLE, SOKKISHA, DISTOMAT/OLD INSTRUMENT THEODOLITE/ TRANSIT LEVEL/OUTO LEVEL.

DUTIES OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interpret engineering drawing, plans, and specifications
• Prepare work procedure for construction site and implementation
• Estimate labor and material cost, revise and refine estimates
• Determine, evaluate, analyze requirement of project advice management/owner of all those
• Concerning of development of the work
• Compute all require concrete and make concreting schedule
• Inspect all structural elements prior to concreting i.e. columns beam and labs formworks and reinforcement bars
• Prepares the construction schedule and manpower requirement
• Do the actual survey for layouts and elevations of substructure (manhole, culvert, pipe raft, foundation layout and pipe driving)
• Supervise carpentry and masonry works with full scale knowledge to control time table schedule of the projects
• Check daily activities and tools that are true required to use every crafts
• Requesting materials that are needed from time to time
• Reports to commercial head
• Prepares construction methodologies and procedures
• Prepares test packages, weld mapping, etc. (piping job)
• Coordinates and recommends design changes
• Prepare/checks and updates shop/detailed drawings
• Prepares as-built drawings
• Implements disciplinary action for violation on projects rules and regulation
• Accountable for the correctness of the methodologies, procedures, design/cost and as-built drawing
• Investigate detailed foundation, including of all bridges pavements, abutments retaining walls embankment, culvert to final permit design of construction
• Participates actively in the preparation of coordinate service drawing
• Coordinates off all service (electrical, mechanical, HV AC, plumbing and auxiliary)
• Concluding required structural analysis of fasteners, hangers, brackets and joints connector etc.
• Attend periodical meeting to present progress of ongoing work activities and discuss some technical matters encountered in the site
• Overall project site of structural formwork, column from excavation to pier head and lifting of girder-coordinates and cooperates with the general contractor regarding the rotation structural formwork
• Providing assistance in checking and monitoring off balance of work to be done promptly for early project completion
• Emphasize safety reminders always, to all craft involve in the project execution before they start the job
• Commence rectification in there is any discretion of work perform in actual job done
