• Evaluated and negotiated multiple subcontracts with contract values ranging from USD 82 thousand to USD 81 million leading to an upfront cumulative savings of more than USD 9 million.
• Managed assigned subcontracts from planning, identification of bidders, development of Request for Proposals (RFPs), inquiry process including evaluation of bids, clarifications and negotiations, award recommendations, contracts award, and execution thus ensuring compliance with the joint venture’s objectives and subcontracting strategy.

• Settled final account with Subcontractors and ensured completion certificates are fully executed where applicable.
• Supported and guided other Subcontract Managers on understanding contractual obligations and commercial issues, identifying potential risks and its management, communication of key terms and conditions, assist project teams with compliance.
• Provided comprehensive narratives supporting capability statements/pre-qualification and completed numerous winning technical proposals for large-size Oil & Gas projects leading to the award of 7 major projects in the Middle East and Africa.
• Acted as team liaison officer and ensured compliance with ITB requirements, proposal objectives and strategies as well as time and cost constraints.
• Acted as the proposal team representative for business dealings with joint ventures and/or consortiums.
• Handled client’s clarifications and post-bid queries in support of the proposal.
• Prepared specific Method Statements, Lifting Plans and Job Safety Analysis for the smooth installation/erection of major equipment and superstructures of a USD 385 million worth Q-Chem II Ethylene Derivatives Project.
• Responded effectively to all mechanical and structural installation/erection discrepancies and non-conformances through the provision of site instructions, field design changes and non-conformance reports in coordination with the consortium and/or approval of the client.
• Initiated the preparation of list, “punch” administration and updating of uncompleted and unsatisfactory work items needed to be addressed and meet the project design required by the owner’s contract.
• Sustained Star Cruises requirement of experienced, highly motivated and result-driven personnel for its Deck and Engine Department operation through efficient management, planning, and programming of existing personnel, implementing thorough selection process to new candidates and identification & coordination of training and skills development requirements for compliance against standards and/or professional/skills advancement.

• Oversaw the Supply Chain Management process in coordination with Production and Sales Teams. Took charge of the resource allocation and coordination.
• Performed asset management functions such as property appraisal, documentation of insurance and loan applications as well as movement and/or disposal of company-owned properties, equipment, and non-performing assets.
• Managed the importation, marketing, and sale of well-known brands of farm system supplies, dressing plant equipment, and hatchery equipment.

• Contributed significantly in resource management, scheduling, and control leading to the timely completion of Kephilco Plant II – Exhaust Gas System Rehabilitation Project and subsequently assigned as Officer in Charge of the project until completion and turnover to the Client.
• Supervised the early erection of Company-owned plant production facilities and ensuring timely production of required steel structures, ducting, and mechanical parts of various projects.
• Provided commendable assistance in the design and estimate of various projects.
• Successfully completed classroom and hands-on training in the operation and maintenance of Powerhouse, Gas Plant (N2 & H2), Boiler House, Compressed Air Plant, Water De-ionization Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, F5 Float Glass, F4 Figured Glass, Fabricated Glass Division, Mirroring, Logistics, Line Mechanical and Project Engineering.
