• Responsible in performing duties as LOAD TEAM CHIEF IAW AMC124-10 attachment 6.
• Supervise subordinate personnel on shift.
• Responsible in notifying Air Terminal key Personnel on any Cargo processing issues.
• Responsible for planning,selecting,sequencing and monitoring each aircraft cargo and mail
• load,initiating and ensuring all cargo and mail are manifested.
• Responsible for processing of Special handlng cargo allowed by applicable regulations for
• foreign Nationals.
• Obtain maximum aircraft utilization based upon available airlift and existing port backlogs.
• Receive, process and categorize shipments of cargo and mail.
• Inspect cargo and mail offered for airlift to verify eligibility.
• Ensure proper documentation, packaging and markings accordingly to applicable directives.
• Inspect each piece of hazardous cargo for proper packaging, shipping documents and
• labeling in accordance with transportation regulations.
• Inspect the load to insure pallets and pallet trains are properly configured and restrained.
• Monitor refrigeration unit for proper temperature of stored material.
• Operate all required Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Meet all inbound aircraft and debrief with the LOADMASTER regarding inbound cargo,
• passengers and any restrictions on the aircraft that could affect the outbound load.
• Brief LOADMASTER on the tentative outbound load,including any special handling or
• hazardous cargo.
• Brief LOADMASTER of the passenger backlog and receive firm seat release.
• Advise Air Cargo and Passenger Service of the departure time and seat release.
• Monitor the cargo backlog to have a tentative pre-plan of the outbound load.
• All outbound cargo will be planned according to transportation priorities.
• Conduct safety briefing.
• Familiar with Hazardous Material compatibility and process of passenger deviation
• requirements in accordance with regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Answer telephone inquiries regarding Air Cargo Operation.
Inspect, screen, receive, properly document, palletize / build – up, net, mark, cap, weigh cargo and mail for outbound air shipment IAW applicable references.
Breakdown inbound pallet, check, segregate, categorize, process & release cargo and mail IAW applicable references.
Operate Web Global Air Transportation Execution System (WEBGATES) in accordance with GATES user manual (GUM)
Assist customers’ inquiries (TRACK and TRACE) in regards to inbound and outbound cargoes (FRONT DESK assistance).
Deliver shipment for NSF Supply to the receiving section of supply department (TSHED)
Must be able to properly spot and chock for the assign task given by the Load Team Chief.
Build up, download and upload baggage to inbound/outbound aircraft.
Ensure all baggage is delivered to PAX Terminal arrival area within 20 minutes of aircraft block in.
Prepare plastic cover to protect baggage for inclement weather.
Conduct monthly lubrication for 3 highline docks.
Conduct monthly wash for all MHE assigned to Air Freight (3 Stair case ladder truck, 1 Baggage conveyor, 3 10k Forklifts, 2 25k Loaders and 2 60K loaders).
Perform AF 4069, one for one exchange of tie down equipment on Aircraft.
Must be familiar with AMCI24-101 Vol. 11
Prepare data and reports concerning over and/ or short shipment & frustrated cargo.
Prepare Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR) to WEB GATES.
Submit AMC Key Assets, Tie downs, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and associated on hand report to TPOC.
Submit Weekly Mileage Report, Monthly Mileage Report to TPOC
Perform inspection for all Material Handling Equipment assigned to Air Freight using AF Form 1800.
Perform monthly tire pressure check for all MHE assigned to Air Freight.
Handle, upload and download ammunition, Explosives IAW AFMAN 91-201, AMCSUP1 & AFI 91-203.
Safely operate all assigned Material Handling Equipment pertinent to Air Freight / Ramp operations. (E.g. load /offload aircraft based on prioritization).
Familiar for baggage / cargo upload and download for commercial aircraft such as DC008, B757, B767, B747, A330, A340, and A343.
Familiar for baggage / cargo upload and download for military aircraft such as C130, C040, C017, KC135, KC10, KC030, and C005.
Safely operate all assigned Material Handling Equipment for downloading of ammunitions, Explosives IAW AFMAN 91-201, AMCSUP1 & AFI 91-203.
Perform other related duties duly assigned by the Lead / Aircraft Load Planner, Air Cargo Supervisor, Air Terminal Assistant Manager and / or Air Terminal Manager.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operates mechanized ramp for over 50% of the total time worked.
• Meet aircraft and transport package and flight to sort and heavy weight areas.
• Separates packages by service type and destination in accordance with established procedure’s
• Assist in ensuring aircraft, vehicles and containers are loaded and unloaded in a safe efficient manner.
