For more than 6 years I work as Front of line Sustaining Maintenance which handle die attach machine.

·         Maintains at specified working conditions all assigned production line equipment.

·         Conduct effective corrective actions for minor/intermediate and major machine breakdowns.

·         Perform machine parameter checking and calibration as required.

·         Participates in the various line activities aimed to continuously improve machine and process efficiency and reliability either through self-initiatives or direct assignment by superior or team.

·         Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
