I gratuated from civil Engineering (Amirican method) in Herat-Afghanistan University and I have experiences of five years working in Salma Hydro Power Dam from Ministry of Energy and Water and with two Asphalt project in different areas in Afghanistan.
So Because of insecurity in the working areas of engineers, I resigned from several of my previous duties

Responsibilities and achievements:
• Implementation and control of implementation of all
technical affairs based on approved project drawings.
• Control, coordinate and manage all relevant project
personnel, including office personnel and project
contractors.
• Implementation of the approved work plan by the project
owner and ensure that all items are completed at the
specified time.
• Provide and arrange Submittal to submit to the project
owner and follow up
• Provide and arrange a list of purchased material for the
project needed for the logistics sector weekly
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to
the format provided by the office
• Coordinating and responding to engineers and agents,
owner of the project and the main contractor of the
project
• Participate in meetings held by the owner of the project
and the main contractor
• Full awareness of all contract terms, scope of work, plans,

Checking groundwater level by piezometer.
Recording of pressure and heat sensors in the dam body.
Checking the entrance and exit water of the dam.
Supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are
completed on time and within budget.
Managing parts of construction projects.
Overseeing building work.
Undertaking surveys.
Setting out sites and organising facilities.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they
are followed correctly.
Supervising contracted staff.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or
timescales.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
