Responsibilities and Duties in Sharath Business Services

o    To prepare Monthly Income & Expenditure Report along with maintaining entry on Tally software by checking the proper effects of accounts code in General Ledger.

o     To visit the factory in time to time /projects/affiliated concerns and following up through reports on all relevant transactions.

o     To receive and process petty cash payments, balance cash and prepare bank deposits; manage petty cash fund and handle disbursement along with monthly payroll and others.

o    Responsible for maintaining records of the daily transaction for head office along with factory.

o     Maintain & Checking and verification of bank vouchers, transactions, and reconciliation with making sure that all procedure completed.

o     To prepare the basic Costing & Budgeting issues for the factory.

o     To work with the team leader for preparing the Finance & Accounts related documents & reports.

o     To accomplish the responsibilities given by supervisors.

Responsibilities and Duties in TESCO

o    Maintaining all kind of accounting bill-vouchers and generate financial reports.

o    Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff

o    Managing budgets

o    Maintaining statistical and financial records

o    Dealing with customer queries and complaints

o    Overseeing pricing and stock control

o    Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so

o    Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Responsibilities and Duties in CRYSTAL Group

o    Maintaining all kind of accounting bill-vouchers and generate financial reports.

o    Generating Bills/Invoices, purchase ledgers and monitor Receivable & Payable management

o    Follow up the Stock of Raw materials, spares & Consumables & report to the management.

o    Actual costing of finished goods, like job costing & prepare monthly statements.

o    Monthly and periodical reports of production, sales, collections and receivables.

o    Market verification & implementing true purchase procedures as per requirements.

o    Preparing & Maintain of companies Asset register and register of registers.

o    Carrying out other general administration duties as required.

o    Maintain office data through Accounting Software specially Tally ERP 9.

o    Input few entries via SAP software.

 

Responsibilities and Duties in ASCENT Group:

§   Operate general accounts payable; accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliation;

§   Responsible for preparation of financial statements & maintenance of accounting records;

§   Checking suppliers’ invoice for all incoming goods. Departmental expenses according to organizational policy;

§   To prepare regular & periodical financial statements and report to Management;

§   Handle petty cash, prepare vouchers, checking of invoices for payment;

§   Implementation of Accounts software specially ERP software;
