Ø Manager (Middle East):
· Maintaining SOP’s for each process & monitoring timely update of it.
Monitoring the Sales process performed by the team plus support
team for quoting, negotiation and finalizing the quotes received.
· Handling Team & responsible in providing the daily metrics to the management.
· Full Responsibility and Accountability for all air & ocean export-related matters for the regional business unit. With more of an emphasis on Ocean Export.
Train and Update operations team delegating the new ideas of handling customer.
Ø Inside Sales Executive:
Handling all over shipments moving from the USA (especially middle east clients).
Communicating with clients, understanding the requirements & selecting mode of export.
· Personal effects, Auto-Mobil and Commercial cargo.
Generating leads (in house & out sourcing), coordinating with the Trade and Marketing to find the current market level to secure business with customer from our competitors to provide better rates.
Contacting suppliers, WCA agent and customers to follow up for the shipments in progress.
Interacting with clients, closure of deals, finalizing it with good profit margins.
Based on their volume trend segregating customer under segmented and non-segmented criteria to provide the best service.
Co-ordination with steam shipping lines and airlines & negotiation with carriers.
Shipping antique, sports & used cars and motorcycles.
Ø Ocean FCL Operations Executive:
Contacting suppliers and customers to follow up for the shipments in progress.
