·      Follow-up the work progress of the workshop for more than 40 cars with different models a day, and ending of maintenance and repair in a short time and respond to inquiries of customer and explain the state of their cars in brief.

·      Test drive the car on the road, sometimes before starting checking up the vehicle inside the workshop to make sure of customer complaint.

·      Check up the vehicle by using Tech-2 scan tool device and detection the malfunction and giving repair order to the workshop foreman to start in repair progress.

·      Check up the automatic transmission fluid temperature by using IDSS {Isuzu Diagnostic Service System} scan tool application after changed ATF and strainer.

·      Determine paint quantity for car body parts by using SpiesHecker program via color code.

·      Check up and malfunctions diagnosis of PEUGEOT cars before and after service by using DIAGBOX application.

·      Making and writing PEUGEOT cars quotation and determine the requested parts by using Service Box Website.

·      Follow-up to inspection the car for each of mechanics, electricity and review quotation before send to spare parts section and recheck the final quotation after printed from spare parts.

·      Writing technical reports to explain the technical status in order to send this report to JAPAN by warranty manager or for the customer in some cases or to the company that owns the vehicle to describes the technical status of the vehicle for mechanical or electrical malfunctions or damages related to the chassis of the vehicle.

·      In the technical support side, I’m using CSS ISUZU World Wide to search about DTC and what is the defective part properly.

·      Making final accident quotation to ISUZU, SUBARU and PEUGEOT vehicles in addition to contact the insurance companies to demand the repair approval and writing letters total loss with taking photos to damaged cars.

·      Inspect accidents vehicles and determine the volume of the accident, as soon as by looking and decide whether suitable for repair or total loss.

·      Test drive the car on the road after finish of the repair to make sure that the repair well or not.

·      I’ve great experience in test drive the car on the road and find out  malfunctions and determine strange sound a result of mechanical system or electrical system in addition to any noise or strange sound comes from inside or outside of the vehicle body.

·      Writing technical status reports of the car tires according to the shape, trade  wear ratio, cracks and cutting and this for the cars ISUZU, SUBARU and PEUGEOT.

·      Follow-up of tools condition at each technician and request the necessary tools.

·      Contacting the customer to inform him about the status of his car or inform him that his car is ready to release.

·      I’m making overhaul quotation for diesel injection pumps in addition to adjust diesel injection quantity equally in the scalar tubes through fuel pumps repair machine by adjust plunger control pinion and disc.
