Roles & Responsibilities:
•Allocate work and supervise staff to ensure that the clients specifications are being met and work is being done as per defined standards and rules.
•Ensure that all stocks are being used according to FIFO principles and on time completion of task.
•Responsible in checking the temperature of cooked products prior decanting.

QC in line (Bagging)
•Perform hot and chilled bagging of sauces for hospitality products.
•Checking the temperature of the product prior bagging.
•Perform CCP 3 to ensure that the product is free from metal contaminant.

QC in line ( Assembly)
•Take temperature of the product being process according to its required frequency.
•Monitor the consistency of the assembled product.
•Assembled meals for airlines and follow the required weights of the product to be dish according to the routings and products specifications.
