Duties and Responsibilities:

Part of the team during the planning and construction of the plant.
Check and ensure that work progress must be followed according to the specifications and design
Lead the installation of the new machines to make sure it is safe and properly installed.
Part of the commissioning team with Chinese Technical Team Contractors to make sure that the machines were all functioning well according to the design.
Part of the commissioning and take over the operation after the commissioning.

Planning maintenance and repair schedule
Schedule, lead and implement preventive maintenance and major maintenance in equipments such as Dump Trucks, Excavator, Wheel Loader.

Investigate the damage during breakdown when there was tearing of belt and solve on how to prevent reoccuring incident. Supervise the maintenance during replacement of conveyor belt and rollers if it were properly connected by the use of equipments and tools.
