It was a vocational courses provided by the Municipal of taguig.

I was studied 3D animation and graphic design because I love arts. I took it because I just want to learn more and add new skills in software related.

I was studied Video editing because I am an artist and I’d love capturing scenes. I am a director on my own Youtube channel Exan Gogolin.

At first I was trained to be part of the Non-voice specialist or should I say Back office agents. I was processing an order by typing it into the tools that were using and sends it to US. And during those times, our manager was left us then the management decided me to replace her as an acting manager of the team. Then after a year since my performance was great so they hired me as QA specialist.

I was cross skilled trained from a mediator that mediate the seller and a buyer in terms of misunderstanding then escalation that helps them to file a case and make it a claim after a certain timeframe the make a decision who is the winner to process a refund. Then because of my great perfomance they transferred me to selling dept to help sellers into they busoness using their account.

I was cross skilled trained from accounts to Limitations.
In accounts I was assigned to assist the members to their general queries on their accounts. In transact I was assigned to assist the members to their queries or problems by doing a transactions. In Dispute and claims I was assigned to make a decision to the dispute or claim that was filed on theor account. In Limitations I was assigned to remove risks or limits ot their account if it is possible to do but if not I will explain why in line with the policies and procedure.
