Night Audit: Closes business dates in preparation for the next day transactions; conducts surprise audit (cash counts) on all outlets; makes report of any discrepancies during the business date; and makes Daily Revenue Report (DRR) and send via email to persons of authority thru e-mail.
General Cashier: Conducts daily cash count on all Hotel revenue and its outlet/stores; assists in basic Bank reconciliation for monthly financial balance of the company; handles bank transaction (deposits/withdrawals) for the company and monitors the daily balance of of the company’s different accounts.
