Direct responsible for guiding and monitoring of the Branch performance. Manages 2 Accounting officers, 2 Unit Supervisors and 14 Loan Officers and provides supervision, control & elevation of their performance.
Approve disbursements of company funds in line with the company’s operating policies and procedures. Adheres to set rules and regulations and the company’s Internal Control Procedures in managing such funds.
Conduct area study and marketing.
Manages and monitors profitability and cost control.
Responsible for safekeeping of forms of the Branch.
Monitors fund monitoring, accounting guidelines, and control procedures.
Ensures that all customer claim and related complaints are acted on specified time.
Prepare and submit to the Head Office approval on annual expense budgets.
Supervise employees on company policies and governmental requirements.
Conduct training for the staff and recommend promotion for potential staff.
Responsible for staff hiring (Interview, Orientation, Process of Documents)
Conduct Branch Operation Training for newly hired staff.
Generates quality improvement initiatives to meet section’s target.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
