Merchandising Supervisor
 Monitor deployed merchandisers by our authorized Manpower Agency if they are on
board and doing their duties responsibly.
 Monitor sales of Accounts per Sales Representative for merchandiser deployment
purposes can maintain a low-cost expense in merchandising.
 Submit mid-year and year to date report of merchandising expense and total sales
 Monitoring of product display and stock level inventory
 Receive and monitor billing statement
 Merchandising Materials custodian
 Market Information survey/price survey
 Update Merchandising weekly sales report
 Attend meeting with Coordinators every other 2 (two) weeks to update about their daily
store visit, if they are properly following objectives in every day field work.
 Make productive store visit in all Supermarkets Nationwide with the following objectives:
1. Check product availability and display if it’s based on our plano – gram.
2. Check if the merchandiser is efficient to his job responsibilities.
3. Monitor additional business opportunities and recommend action plan to make
our service level much efficient.
4. Meet and have conversation to the selling Supervisor/Manager for the update on
merchandiser’s performance and merchandising matters.
5. Other issues of merchandiser when regards to Agency concerns.
 Evaluate Coordinators performances and Agency partner for the renewal of their
contract.
 Make sure that all new open store has merchandiser deployed by our Agency partner as
our compliance to our Account to avoid any penalties and to make sure that our products
is properly merchandise.

 Supervised Area Supervisor and merchandisers of Procter & Gamble Phil’s., under my
Accounts: Robinsons Supermarket outlets, and Rustan’s & Shopwise Supermarket.
Directly reported to Global Operations Manager. Objectives are; to hire merchandisers,
training & re-training of project personnel about their duties & responsibilities, product
knowledge presentation, teach them to enhance good customer service and teach them
how to conduct inventory or CSL report.
 Responsible to determine TWS (The Winning Standard) measurement per product
category, to know how to merchandise Procter & Gamble products.
 Admin works like, timekeeping of timecards of all merchandisers for payroll purposes,
including overtime and other special activities from store, track their everyday attendance
for monthly monitoring record. Prepare excuse letter tostore if the merchandiser will be
having absent or late.
 Collate reports of our VIZMIN area via email, and submit the report to KAM (Key Account
Manager) & ROM (Retail Operations Manager).
 Conduct store visit to monitor merchandiser’s performance, to check their merchandise if
properly executed as per plan-o –gram. Check the display if there is price tag and other
signage’s, to check canvass audit forms and promo sheet if implemented, and to build
good relationship to the managers and supervisors of stores.
 Attend special function like: overnight stay in store to supervise merchandisers
implementing special activity like re-setting of shelves & re-facing of all Procter & Gamble
products.
 Provincial trip to conduct store visit in provinces area like, Robinsons Supermarket
Dagupan, Starmills, Angeles, Nepo Pampanga and Naga Bicol.
 Weekly monitoring of reports of area supervisors under my accounts, to be submitted to
our Key Account Manager and Retail Operations Manager via email.
 Conduct weekly meeting to my Area supervisors for further issues that been
encountered in all stores before having meeting with our KAM and ROM.
 Attend weekly meeting with Key Account Manager and Retail Operations Manager.
