Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish brand visual presentation standards and ensure they are followed conduct photo review process and give guidance when needed.
Develop and continually evolve training tools to ensure that the visual merchandising team applies unified
Visual directives
Best practice and standards guidelines in partnership with merchants on product selection to ensure overall look of the showroom,mix and pricing
Work cross functionally with store operations giving guidance and direction to division merchandisers partner with store development and the merchandising team to ensure all visual direction is in the best interest of the business.
Develop seasonal plans to make sure stores are relevant visually to the time of year.
Over time analyze, understand, and refine process related to visual merchandising to optimize efficiency and better meet the needs of business
Actively involved with future store execution: product presentation,floor placement / layouts,accessorizing and store map development
Communication must effective lead open and concise communications to all level of the organization
Responsible for communicating merchandising vision and strategy
