I am an experienced, certified and qualified mechanical engineer committed and willing to add value to the employer by making a meaningful contribution to issues related to project management, fabrication, welding, occupational safety and health, maintenance, construction, and manufacturing. I’m keen to work and build both engineering, material research and teaching career in a growth, and the result- oriented institution where all talents and potentials are fully exhibited, harnessed and utilized for the optimum benefit an organization and the community. KEY ACHIEVEMENT

Managed and directed more than 40 employees in all operations of the fabrication of eFeM ROBOTS traffic light product and more than 80 employees in all construction and building interior of an estate at Yandy Facility management. Designed and implemented raw material storage layout to support company growth and reduce costs. Implemented raw material tracking software to assist with inventory accuracy, as well as reduced handling and searching.

Position: Production manage (Manufacturing)

Duties:

Participating as active member of the plant leadership team, assisting with the creation and implementation of strategic and tactical objectives as necessary for the plant to reach goals
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training production staff and developing direct reports to establish career progression opportunities within the department and organization
