Position’s Overall Objective

Project Officer-(Staff Management) is a key position in managing more than 2000 staff in overall FATA. Under the supervision of Regional Manager and Project Manager, responsible for  staff Management crosscutting programmatic information management and M&E as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Staff Management of the current project of Polio eradication in Federally Administrated Tribal Area (FATA).  (A Project of UNICEF for Eradication of Polio in Pakistan).

Recruitment for vacant, de-notified and new position throughout FATA.

Preparing recruitment plan, ad placement in newspapers, job portal, CVs downloading, long-listing, shortlisting, test arrangement, interview calls, previous performance and reference check-up, making offer to selected candidates.

Responsible for Employees’ Contract Management, Disciplinary Actions, Attendance Management, Monitoring Visits, Personal filings, Insurance Management, weekly, monthly work plans of Staff Management team at regional level, staff reporting of disciplinary actions, extension contracts, employees ID Cards Data Management, HRIS Disciplinary Action Queries.

Coordination & communication with COMNet Officer, CBV Managers & UNICEF Colleagues regarding field staff queries and clarification.

Providing regular status reports to the Head Office of Disciplinary Actions, Attendance, Pending Extension Contracts, Pending Employee ID Cards.
