Responsibilities:
• Handling all merchandising issues with Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser – starting from query to shipment
• Collecting P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Client
• Preparing and managing all required submission as per Buyer’s demand, including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trims, etc. Follow up Knitting, Dye, Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production
• Closely work with factory management to execute the planned production. Visit factory to check production status as and when required
• Monitoring the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials
• Preparing delivery parcel accurately for customer
• Maintaining style-wise data and requirement sheet
• Preparing purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets
• Mediate between Production and Quality Department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product
• Try to give maximum lead time to Production & strive for maximum profit from all merchandise
