• Developed long, medium and short-term strategic plans with budgets for the efficient performance of the Agency as well as identified investment opportunities and drew up proposal for special projects
• Prepared and disseminated monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the Agency’s programmes and projects
• Developed key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducted impact assessment of projects and programmes of the Agency using relevant indicators
