· Manage a 6-member accounting team in the day-to-day financial management of multiple major construction projects to build new hospitals in Karachi and Lahore with a combined budget worth over $550 million CAD
· Track and administer the annual budgets and prepare detailed reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
